Communicate effectively across departments with strong understanding of facility equipmentUphold safety standards by diligently following safety rules and wearing PPECoordinate maintenance schedules alongside ARP PlannersProactively participate in CMC's Safety ProgramsDiagnose power and component issues using test tools and expertiseUtilize analytical skills to resolve issues with AC / DC motor controls, PLCs, and high voltage systemsConduct regular maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, and crane equipmentApply knowledge across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsMaintain detailed records of repairs and materials usedPerform maintenance tasks including installations, repairs, and preventative checksProvide technical guidance to maintenance and production teamsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceUtilize SAP software for planning and record-keepingOperate and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment including multimeters and oscilloscopesSkills and Experience
Adapts swiftly in a fast-paced environmentAbility to stand, walk, and work in elevated areas for periodsStrong problem-solving ability with logical, analytical thinkingExperience in AC / DC troubleshooting is essentialSkilled in maintaining and repairing electrical controlsIndustrial maintenance expertise, with preference of 3 years\' practiceFamiliarity with SAP system and MRO processes is advantageousComprehension of hydraulics / pneumatics, and electrical safety practicesWillingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidaysEducation Requirement
