Job Description

The Invo-Progressus team is growing! We are currently expanding our team of Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultants (LDT-C) in Bridgewater, NJ, with an exciting full-time opportunity in a K-12 program.

We are dedicated to supporting children, families, school leaders, and clinicians in achieving success.

Requirements :

• Valid NJ Educations Services Certificate and Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant endorsement
• Provide comprehensive educational evaluation services as part of the Child Study Team and Intervention and Referral Team, including assessment, educational planning, monitoring, and re-evaluation
• Consult with team members, teachers, and parents; assist in preparing IEPs; evaluate programs measuring aptitude, achievement, and interests; support instructional staff in developing or modifying programs to meet student needs
• Maintain accurate records
• Effective communication skills with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Ensure all services comply with state laws and regulations
• Perform other social work duties within scope of licensure and certification
• NJ State licensure or ability to obtain it
• NJ Department of Education School Certification required
• Experience working in school programs or with pediatric populations preferred
