Were seeking a strategic, data-driven, and detail-oriented

Demand Generation and Digital Marketing Manager

with proven experience using HubSpot to lead strategies that drive high-quality leads and nurture prospects. This role will be responsible for initiating, proposing, and implementing engagement through targeted email outreach, automated workflows, and paid advertising campaigns that move prospects through the funnel while collaborating closely with sales to support pipeline goals.

Responsibilities

Strategize, write, build, and execute email nurture campaigns to engage, educate, and convert leads through the funnel.

Build and optimize automated workflows, drip campaigns, and behavioral triggers to enhance lead nurturing and retention.

Manage and maintain HubSpot subscription types, marketing contacts, and list segmentation.

Create, implement, and optimize lead scoring models, MQL / SQL criteria, and trigger-based workflows for smooth handoff to sales.

Develop campaign ideas for engaging email content : write compelling copy, optimize subject lines, and call-to-action buttons for maximum impact.

Develop and maintain lead generation landing pages, forms, and registration pages to support lead generation efforts for outreach, events, and paid campaigns.

Ensure seamless communication between marketing and sales to develop and maintain the email calendar and propose timely, region-specific, content-rich campaigns.

Track and report on KPIs, including cost-per-lead, MQL to SQL conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Monitor engagement metrics (open rates, CTR, bounce rates, conversions, attribution) and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Proven experience designing and building branded, conversion-focused email templates that follow brand style guidelines and email best practices.

Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms to drive leads and conversions.

Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience / CRM targeting to align campaigns with ICPs and funnel stages.

Track ad activity for conversions, marketing activity, and meetings booked, report on metrics, and make recommendations backed by insights.

Requirements

6+ years of marketing or sales experience in a similar role, preferably in education (Computer Science, STEAM, or robotics).

Exceptional writing skills for email and campaign content, knowing the topics most relevant to educators and decision makers

Strong preference for expertise in HubSpot (automation, list segmentation, landing pages, forms, reporting).

Proven track record in demand generation, lead nurturing, and marketing automation.

Strong understanding of MQL-SQL processes, pipeline management, and lead scoring models.

Experience running paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and optimizing for lead generation.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

Assume its Monday.

Post previous days completed items along with current days priorities in the Scrum slack channel

Prepare headlines, issues, scorecard items, and check to-dos in Team L10

Monitor dashboard for metrics and performance on current campaigns and efforts

Plan and execute campaign and lead gen tactics that align to monthly and quarterly plans

Monitor and respond to new requests for marketing and sales needs

Ideate and drive new campaigns based on data, performance, and business needs

Compensation :

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $116,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
