Our attorneys are in court on a daily basis on landlord-tenant and other real estate matters throughout central Indiana. Must be licensed to practice in Indiana. Being licensed in the Southern District of Indiana and a working knowledge of Bankruptcy law is a plus. The position is based at our Broadripple office.

Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficientlyKeep files organized to make sure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staffPrepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedingsReview client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of actionDraft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiationsWorking knowledge of client management systems, calendaring, and task managementAble to manage multiple cases with conflicting deadlines and time pressures.Qualifications
