Work with Supply Chain and Commercial Operations to insure all pre-launch documents are prepared and available to send to customers. Responsible for notification of WAC and AWP to Pricing Compendia. Complete filing of Texas Medicaid for all new retail launches. Complete filing of Puerto Rico Registration for new products Prepare PSA’s and P&L workbook for new launches. BA in Marketing, Finance, Business or other similar field Prefer 2+ years of experience in generic pharmaceutical industry (retail or institutional) in pricing, new product launches or the like. Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of pricing databases. Must be detailed oriented with an affinity for accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with upper management, customers, and vendors. Ability to work cross functionally. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sr. Commercial Pricing Analyst-
Responsibilities Include :
Pricing :
- Participate in developing pricing strategy for the Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers in both the retail and institutional markets.
- Develop and maintain pricing tool to monitor all pricing and insure compliance with most favored nation customers and government entities.
- Develop Customer and Product P&L’s to evaluate potential opportunities and insure profitability.
- Participate in RFP process including developing opportunity P&L, completing all required documents and insuring accurate and timely submission of the bid.
- Evaluate ROFR’s for award challenges.
- Prepare PSA’s to send pricing proposals to customers.
- Handle pricing notifications to insure that direct and indirect pricing is loaded in a timely manner.
- Maintain market intelligence that is being submitted by the field, into a functional and usable database.
- Develop and maintain a request and pricing tracking tool to monitor all requests and record outcome of pricing action.
