We are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager - 5B Medical - Christiana Hospital to support the Nurse Manager in the overall administrative direction for the clinical practice of nursing and the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective care for all patients and families associated with this patient care unit. Shares 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all aspects of daily operations with the Nurse Manager.

Christiana 5B Medical is recruiting for the position of Assistant Nurse Manager . This is a medical inpatient unit located on the 5th floor at Christiana Hospital. Shift Requirement is rotating Day / Evening / Midnight shifts - will be discussed further. Nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage per the guidelines of the department. This position seeks a motivated RN who will assist with administrative direction for clinical practice and efficient care delivery. The position will share 24-hour accountability and responsibility for all aspects of daily operations with the Nurse Manager.

Annual Compensation Range $110,177.60 - $176,280.00This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
