job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCritical sales role during pre-sales and opening phase of the new studio with a goal of 100+ members prior to opening and then ongoing sales and retention to reach 150 total members Actively cultivate a “Stronger Together” Alloy community Create Remarkable Member Journeys : foster a welcoming and supportive environment Deliver premium client engagement : In-Body assessments, goal setting, relationship-based client model to build an Alloy community of support and accountability Oversee scheduling of staff according to operational requirements and payroll budgets Train, coach, and supervise staff in daily tasks and maximizing new memberships and retention, including weekly staff meetings Monitor and mentor staff performance to ensure compliant membership services Prioritize goals to develop member and employee satisfaction, retention, and growth of memberships Communicate regularly with team and franchise owner Demonstrates grit and perseverance : maintain determination and long-term goals Critically assess situations to solve challenges that impact sales and member satisfaction Other duties as assigned 3-5 years of management and fitness sales experience preferred Experience in a stand-alone, high-end fitness club highly preferred Experience in presales or other applicable fitness sales Leadership and development of a fitness training team of 2 or more Desire to help others achieve health and wellness goals Proficient consultation skills Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting Ability to hire, direct, coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills Financial, business and human resource management acumen Computer literacy Morning, evening and weekend hours are required Instagram

You will thrive at Alloy
The Director role will be a crucial part of the studio, driving presales, ongoing membership sales, hiring, team training and development, and business-to-business cross-promotions.
As the Director of Training, you''ll spend roughly 5-10 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions (4-6 people). The rest of your hours will be focused on growing the membership by following up on leads, community networking and engagement, retention, client satisfaction and support, and staff training.
Unlike other companies, you''ll have direct incentives that compensate you based on studio performance. Overall, the hours will be somewhat flexible based on business needs and the team.
