Responsibilities
Experienced HVAC Residential Service Technician / Warranty Technicians
1+ year of HVAC experience in service including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues.Type I & II EPA CertificationExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectationTDLR LicenseExperienced HVAC Maintenance Technician
Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systemsBuild client relationships by providing outstanding service through communication and customer service skillsEducate your customers on their maintenance requirementsComplete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standardsLight Commercial HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician
Successfully perform trouble shooting and diagnostics on Commercial heating and air conditioning systems (70% Residential in a Commercial Setting)Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressorsBuild client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skillsEducate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirementsIdentify opportunities for clients to improve their systems through product overviewDocument service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and / or recordsComplete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standardsHVAC Residential Lead Installer
Install / Replace HVAC equipment including, but not limited to : ductwork, attic and / or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units (gas or heat pump)Maintain good working order of company vehicleMaintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customerDesign Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and EfficiencyEngage in conversation with the homeowner to uncover any concern or interests regarding their AC system which could lead to potential accessory sales or a new system replacementUnderstand company pricing program and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card paymentsParticipate in company-provided training opportunities on customer service and the latest industry technologies.Work with apprentices and entry-level installers to coach and mentorHVAC Install Helpers Residential
Assist installation of all brands and types of HVAC unitsTransfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.Performing start-up of equipmentAdjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the companyKeeping accurate invoices and time sheetsClean or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, instruments, tools, work areas, and other objects, using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment.Maintaining a clean, organized job site and inventoried truckQualifications
Do I have What It Takes?
