Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineers and Product roles
Own sourcing strategy across multiple channels, including direct sourcing and technical communities
Audit and redesign the R&D interview process to improve candidate conversion rates
Required Qualifications
6+ years of technical recruiting experience, particularly with senior / staff-level engineers
Background in process optimization and implementing solutions for recruiting efficiency
Strong technical fluency to assess engineering skills and engage with senior engineers
Expert-level proficiency with Lever or similar ATS
Ability to build trust with engineering leaders and navigate complex organizational dynamics
