Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, serving as the primary liaison for technical questions and escalations
Develop trusted-advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction
Identify and address technical issues while collaborating with various departments to advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer
Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP-level certifications preferred
Familiarity with container technologies and associated security considerations
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
