Are you ready to learn Medical Malpractice from experienced attorneys? The Buckeye Law Group, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Jr. Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our team in Cleveland.
Responsibilities
- Work with and learn from Medical Malpractice team in the litigation process for assigned cases.
- Negotiate the best possible settlement for clients.
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions.
- Conduct depositions.
- Manage all aspects of trial preparation including witness preparation, evidentiary analysis and strategy development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external experts.
