Summary

The purpose of a Marination Tech is to ensure that product is mixed and marinated properly according to the product specifications.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that product is mixed and marinated properly according to the product specifications.
• Document all information required for batching and accounting of spices and ingredient used.
• Completiing paperwork with clear penmanship and correct calculations requiring mathematical skills.
• Must manage time in accordance to production needs.
• Ensure all rules and regulations of the Perdue policy is required to also be followed, as well as, GMP and PPE's
• Adheres to all safety requirements including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related matters.
• Maintains clean and safe working environment.
• Participates in Company and department safety programs.
• High School or equivalent not required but beneficial.
