Capital Project Engineering Manager – Ready-to-Eat Food Manufacturing

Location : Austin, MN

Schedule : Monday to Friday, on-site only

About the Role

This is a site-based leadership role focused on managing the full lifecycle of capital projects within a 275,000 sq. ft. ready-to-eat food production facility. You’ll be responsible for leading large-scale upgrades, automation initiatives, and facility expansions as part of a long-term investment strategy.

From coordinating construction and installing new production systems to managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive the execution of high-impact projects across the plant. The role is hands-on, with a strong focus on developing systems that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability.
