Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, you will support the overall business strategy with the key HR priorities which include : building talent and organizational capability; creating a high-performance, high-engagement culture; and pursuing continuous improvement and global HR functional excellence.

• You'll serve as a business partner to the corporate leadership team and as a leader on human resources practices and strategies within the business.
• You will support management and employees by providing human resources advice and counsel, gathering and analyzing information, and directing them to the appropriate resources to resolve issues.
• You will review and analyze employee feedback from surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one channels to evaluate engagement and recommend improvements to the employee experience.
• This position will report to the VP, Human Resources, Corporate Functions.
