📋 What You’ll Do :

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing information about contracts and invoices. 📞✉️
• Create and send invoices to clients, including details of charges and payment terms. 🧾💰
• Resolve billing issues and ensure a high level of customer service. 💡🤝
• Use QuickBooks Online for invoicing, collections, and tracking payments. 📊💻
• Efficiently manage emails : sort, prioritize, and respond to messages promptly. ✉️🗂️
• Perform administrative tasks : invoice clients, organize documents, manage simple projects, and work with Excel / CRM systems. 📂📋
• Handle client-facing tasks : answer inquiries, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain strong client relationships. 🤝💬
