About The Role :
We’re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking VP of Brand Marketing Creative to lead the creative marketing vision of our brand. This role is a hybrid of brand stewardship and performance-driven marketing – equal parts creative storyteller, digital strategist, and inspiring leader.
You’ll own how our brand shows up in the world – visually, emotionally, and commercially. If you’re someone who can concept a shoot and break down ROAS, this is the role for you.
This role is Hybrid and requires 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), based conveniently in Midtown near the Empire State Building.
Key Responsibilities :
Creative & Brand Leadership
Define and lead creative direction for all branded content and campaigns across digital, print, retail, and social
Oversee all brand storytelling, visual identity, and copy tone to ensure consistent expression of our DNA
Drive ideation and execution of seasonal campaigns, photoshoots, and product storytelling
Lead internal and external creative teams (including freelancers and agencies) to bring campaign visions to life
Stay ahead of cultural and design trends to keep our brands fresh, modern, and relevant
Marketing Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across digital, social, influencer, email, PR, events, and retail
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts (SEO, paid media, CRM, influencer programs, etc.)
Guide strategic segmentation, customer journey mapping, and performance marketing optimization
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Design to align go-to-market strategy
Team & Agency Management
Lead and inspire a team of marketing and creative professionals across disciplines
Manage relationships with external media, digital, and creative agencies to ensure efficiency and excellence
Monitor and report on key performance metrics across brand awareness, engagement, and revenue
Set and manage budgets across marketing and creative initiatives
What We’re Looking For :
5–10 years of experience in senior creative or marketing roles, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
Proven experience leading both brand storytelling and digital performance campaigns
Strong eye for design and storytelling, with experience directing shoots and campaign execution
Proficiency with digital platforms (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Shopify, etc.) and marketing analytics
Experience scaling a DTC business and working cross-functionally with product and sales
Creative thinker with strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills
Team player with a collaborative spirit, who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment
A passion for women’s fashion and accessories – and the ability to connect with the customer emotionally and visually
