Job Title : Senior Payroll Specialist

Location : Downtown Los Angeles, CA

Compensation : $40.00-$45.00 hourly

Duration : Temporary to hire

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our client’s team in Downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of processing payroll for over 1000 employees and be proficient in Workday Software. Experience managing payroll for employees with dual roles and dual locations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

Process payroll for 1000+ employees accurately and timely.

Utilize Workday Software for payroll processing and reporting.

Manage payroll for employees with dual roles and dual locations.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.

Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing for large organizations.

Proficiency in Workday Software is required.

Experience with dual roles and dual locations is a significant plus.

Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay Details : $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
