A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to manage and resolve client inquiries and support requests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming support tickets to resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately
Document customer inquiries and resolutions in SalesForce and related tools
Provide information and on-call resolution to client requests via phone support
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
One year of customer service or call center experience
Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, WordPress, and / or Slack is a plus
Familiarity with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, Bootstrap, and PHP
Experience in a support or service role within the Automotive, SaaS, or MarTech industries is a plus
