Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Are you a performance marketing pro who thrives on data, creativity, and driving measurable growth? LaSalle Network has partnered with a B2C SaaS company in recruiting for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take their paid social (Meta Ads) and paid search (Google Ads) campaigns to the next level. This Senior Performance Marketing Manager is a high-impact, individual contributor role where your work directly fuels customer acquisition and business growth. This role is onsite 4 days a week in Chicago, IL.
Senior Performance Marketing Manager What You'll Do :
- Own and optimize paid social and paid search campaigns to drive acquisition and ROI.
- Analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to craft high-performing campaigns.
- Manage budgets, bids, and audience targeting for maximum impact.
- Stay ahead of trends, testing new ad formats and tactics to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
