Drive Financial & Business Performance
Develop and execute effective budget and business plans.Achieve occupancy and revenue goals through census growth and strategic admissions.Optimize labor management and operational efficiencies for sustainable performance.Ensure Clinical & Regulatory Compliance
Lead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to enhance outcomes.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain survey readiness at all times.Partner with clinical leaders to maintain exceptional standards and successful survey results.Enhance Team & Resident Engagement
Build a strong, inspired, and motivated workforce through engagement and mentorship.Monitor and elevate resident satisfactioncreating a safe, vibrant, and welcoming community.Collaborate with regional leaders to implement operational best practices.Strengthen Marketing & Community Presence
Design and lead local marketing and outreach programs to maintain full occupancy.Represent HDG as a trusted healthcare and senior living leader.Track market trends to identify growth opportunities and new partnerships.What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or a related field.Must hold an active Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) certification in the respective state.2+ years as an Executive Director or Administrator in senior living or long-term care.Demonstrated success in managing budgets, census development, and regulatory compliance.Deep understanding of federal and state regulations within senior living operations.Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in quality improvement and survey preparation.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage residents, families, and staff.Emotionally intelligent leader with resilience, adaptability, and operational foresight.Willingness to travel as needed to support HDG communities.Why You'll Love Working Here
