Admin And Data Coordinator
Addison Group is partnering with a Texas-based non-profit organization seeking an admin and data coordinator to support a new professional development initiative. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that data, reporting, and administrative operations run smoothly while supporting the coordination of statewide events and programs.
The admin and data coordinator will provide high-level administrative, project, and data management support to an education-based professional development program. The role involves organizing meetings and events, managing participant data, maintaining records, and assisting with process tracking and reporting. This individual will collaborate across departments and external partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in all administrative and program activities.
key responsibilities :
- schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions for project leadership and key stakeholders.
- prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items to ensure goals are met.
- maintain calendars, databases, and digital records related to program participation and outcomes.
- input, review, and validate data in crm and project tracking systems such as salesforce and microsoft teams.
- create and distribute recurring reports on metrics, milestones, and progress toward project goals.
- assist with event preparation, including logistics, registration, and on-site coordination for symposiums and workshops.
- compile, organize, and format professional development materials and online resources.
- work collaboratively with marketing and outreach teams to track engagement and program participation.
- support the development and documentation of internal data procedures and reporting standards.
qualifications :
minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or data management.proficiency in salesforce, microsoft teams, and general crm or database systems.advanced skills in microsoft excel and other microsoft office applications.strong organizational abilities with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy.excellent written and verbal communication skills.ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.high school diploma or ged required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.additional details :
full-time position, mondayfriday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.up to 30% travel may be required for events and meetings.this role is funded through a long-term project grant, with potential for extension based on funding renewal.
