As Portfolio Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of EBALDC's mission to stabilize and strengthen affordable housing communities. Reporting to the EVP of Multifamily Real Estate, you will lead high-impact projects that keep our portfolio strong, our residents supported, and our operations efficient. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, community impact, and affordable housing expertise. From guiding families through relocations with dignity, to ensuring smooth lease-ups for new developments, to rolling out new technology that empowers our staffyou'll make a tangible difference in the lives of residents and the future of our neighborhoods.
