Lead all aspects of contract management for NVIDIA, ensuring efficient operations and impactful agreements.

What you'll be doing :

• Coordinate and manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring flawless execution and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, and finance, to determine contractual terms and conditions.
• Develop and maintain templates and playbooks for recurring agreements to streamline processes.
• Provide strategic counsel and support to internal customers for contract-related concerns.
• Conduct risk assessments and negotiate contract terms to protect NVIDIA's interests strictly.
• Ensure NVIDIA can implement requirements outlined in agreements, either by working directly with individuals or through a taskforce you establish and manage.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
