job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork in a pain management department within an acute care setting Schedule is 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM No weekend or on-call responsibilities Floating may be required to other locations within a 60-mile radius as per policy Uses Epic EMR charting system Responsibilities include performing diagnostic radiology procedures, radiation safety, image quality assurance, and patient care throughout exams Position serves as a resource to staff and students and may require duties outside the original assignment job requirements if floating Flu vaccination is required during flu season (Nov 1 – March 31) unless a qualifying medical exemption is provided A 60-mile radius rule applies; local candidates within 60 miles are not eligible for travel positions Scrubs or dress code requirements are as per department policy Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist in an acute care setting Current ARRT (R) certification required Active BLS certification (AHA only) High school diploma or GED required Prior experience performing diagnostic imaging in surgery and trauma required Ability to instruct and evaluate student radiographers License required if applicable High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
