SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Youth Advocate directly reports to the Program Director and plays a key role in executing the Director's instructions related to the administration of the gang prevention program. This includes overseeing program monitoring and evaluation, which involves conducting monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual audits, as well as managing parent / caregiver surveys and stakeholder surveys. The Youth Advocate is also responsible for the administration of pre- and post-assessments and the collection of relevant data to support program objectives.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid California Driver's License.
Due to our in-person and in office work with LAUSD, City of LA, County of LA and other work partners that require our team to be vaccinated we require that all potential candidates must be COVID-19 vaccinated with either, Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson.
WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND EQUIPMENT USED
The successful candidate will be required to report to and work from the office complex at least five days a week. Offices are traditionally equipped with computers, telephones, desks, chairs, and office machines. Additionally, each office offers an instructional classroom from which orientations and trainings are conducted.
SALARY RANGE :
Benefits and salary will be negotiated based on experience, education, and the needs of the program.

SCHEDULE
Must be available to work Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday from 9 : 00am – 5 : 30pm and Wednesday 12 : 00 pm - 8 : 30 pm
