Experienced Dispatcher / Route Planner

AirSea Packing Group, Inc. is looking for an experienced dispatcher / route planner to help drive excellent service. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a flawless attention to detail, excellent communication skills along with the ability to provide world-class service to our exclusive clientele. As a dispatcher / route planner, you will be a part of our business model for success. You will be responsible for supporting the external operations team to receive safely and efficiently, pick, unpack, assemble, inspect, and stage customer deliveries. You and your team will also be responsible for inventory management including shipping, receiving and in-house product movement. As a leader in our business, you will support our operations managers by developing your team to provide outstanding customer service to our external customers.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Organizing, dispatching, and tracking the truck fleet to ensure all facets of the operation functions smoothly and all service requirements are met daily.
• Coordinate and utilize drivers and trucks; ensure that all trucks are running on time and reporting lateness well in advance to all need-to-know parties.
• Must be alert managements to the requirements for subcontractors within a reasonably timeframe that allows action with minimal cost.

This person will oversee 15+ drivers’ operation.
