Die Dreamlight Labs GmbH wurde Anfang 2024 von fünf kreativen Köpfen gegründet, die eine gemeinsame Vision teilen : besondere Erlebnisse zu schaffen, die Menschen berühren und in Erinnerung bleiben. Heute sind wir ein junges, dynamisches Team von knapp zwanzig Talenten, das mit viel Energie neue Formate entwickelt und umsetzt. Mit der CrimeNight haben wir unser erstes True-Crime-Podcast-Projekt gestartet. Dabei geht es uns nicht darum, nur Geschichten zu erzählen, sondern ein interaktives Show-Erlebnis zu schaffen, das Publikum und Bühne direkt miteinander verbindet. Dieses Format wollen wir gemeinsam mit dir ausreifen und weiterentwickeln. Gleichzeitig arbeiten wir auch an weiteren innovativen Podcast-Ideen, die wir zusammen mit dir aufbauen und groß machen möchten. Unser Ziel ist es, Formate zu schaffen, die einzigartig sind und unser Publikum jedes Mal aufs Neue fesseln.
Aufgaben
- Du überprüfst und verbesserst die Skripte unserer Autoren und sorgst dafür, dass Inhalt, Dramaturgie und Moderation perfekt zusammenspielen.
- Wenn es zeitlich passt, kannst du auch selbst Skripte verfassen und deine Ideen direkt einbringen.
- Du passt Skripte individuell auf unsere Hosts an und achtest darauf, dass jede Show ihren eigenen Charakter bekommt.
- Du entwickelst zusätzliche Show- und Interaktionselemente, die unsere Live Podcasts besonders machen.
- Du gestaltest die inhaltliche und dramaturgische Umsetzung der Show, einschließlich Inszenierung und Staging, sodass Inhalte auf der Bühne bestmöglich wirken.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Hosts und der Produktion zusammen, um ein stimmiges und publikumswirksames Show-Erlebnis zu schaffen.
