Job Title : Franchise Manager.

Reports To : Franchise Owners.

Summary :

Duties include but are not limited to the items below. Other job duties could be added, discussed and / or assigned by the Franchise Owners.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following : Other duties may be assigned.

• Completes assigned inspections.
• During inspections, discusses One-Time Work (OTC) as needed with customers.
• Completes one time bids with owners or additional Office Ops Managers.
• Complete assigned contract walkthroughs.
• Be able to interact with customers and present yourself with professionalism around customers.
• Collaborates with owners and administrative assistants to communicate supply ordering to suppliers for customers and employees.
• Collaborates with owners and administrative assistants to communicate equipment ordering and needs for customers and employees.
• Keeps all items in Monday Software up to date and accurate. Including, but not limited to Equipment Log, Key Log, and Account Communication.
• Trains new hire cleaners at respective accounts.
• Completes new account initial cleans as needed.
• Completes on-call and emergency cleaning.
• On- call schedule will be determined after hiring & manager training.
• Completes monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual contracted one time work as assigned.
• Completes additional one time work not in account contracts.
• Collaborates with owners to schedule one time work.
• Collaborates with owners on staff scheduling and if necessary help staff find shift / clean coverage.
• Completes weekly on-site staff checks at random.
• Supervises all staff as listed under “Staff Supervising”. This could include but is not limited to : retraining, discussing requested time off, checking work and working with staff to correct, discussing inspection reports, discussing cleaning expectations and customer input.
• Continuously track and view time off requests and document signing / acknowledgments in Paychex Flex.
• Utilizes Paychex Flex Engage to reward and complete performance reviews on staff.
• Collaborates with office on behalf of ZBLT Industries, LLC.
