A company is looking for a CRA Program Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support the CRA Program by collaborating with internal business units and stakeholders to develop goals and strategies
Assist in planning and preparing for CRA examinations, including regulatory reporting
Analyze CRA regulations and community development activities, providing recommendations for program improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in program coordination or support, or
High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in program coordination or support
Preferred experience in Community Development Finance within a large financial institution
Preferred experience in Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) program compliance and examination
