Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) and B2B Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving solution design, configuration, and deployment aligned with customer service and field operations requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud and B2B Service modules.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Design and configure OFSC workflows, service requests, and integrations.
Support milestone-based travel for key project phases (e.g., workshops, UAT, go-live).
Collaborate with offshore teams for seamless delivery.
Required Skills :
10-15 years of experience in Oracle CX Cloud applications.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud and B2B Service modules.
Strong functional knowledge of service management processes.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
