job_description.job_card.job_description3rd Shift : 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM Conduct training and certification for manufacturing employees in IPC standards such as IPC-A-610, IPC / WHMA-A-620, and J-STD-001. Deliver hands-on, classroom, and multimedia training sessions. Maintain current Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) certification and provide Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) training. Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and visual aids. Assess trainees’ skills through examinations, provide feedback, and administer certification exams. Partner with Quality Assurance and Engineering to ensure compliance with IPC and customer standards. Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and reporting metrics. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. Current or prior CIT certification in IPC standards (J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC / WHMA-A-620). 3–5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and assembly. Proven soldering, wiring, and inspection skills. Experience delivering technical training in a manufacturing setting. Strong communication and presentation skills.
