- Partner with clinical and business teams to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate business needs into Epic system solutions, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance.
- Collaborate with Epic application teams to configure, test, and implement system changes.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation as needed.
