A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the execution of a Help Center rewrite project.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project plan for the Help Center rewrite, tracking milestones and delivery across content workstreams
Coordinate with Product Managers, Legal, and Global CX Programs to ensure timely reviews and approvals
Maintain a central tracker for article ownership, status, and publication readiness while enforcing process adherence
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in program management, particularly in content or operations
Proven success in managing large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with content systems and tools such as Contentful, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
Strong analytical skills for managing trackers and reporting metrics
Ability to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments
