Key Responsibilities
Serve as the strategic owner for go-to-market planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational effectiveness
Drive funnel analytics and reporting to provide visibility into performance metrics throughout the lead-to-revenue process
Oversee revenue planning, including budget cycles and sales capacity planning, while optimizing sales processes and defining actionable KPIs
Qualifications and Experience
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and model complex problems
Experience in project management and cross-functional leadership
Deep expertise in funnel analytics, sales process design, and revenue forecasting
Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
