Pay Rate / Salary : $150-$170k

Job Description :

The Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant will lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Time and Absence modules as part of a broader deployment team. This role is responsible for managing a functional workstream, engaging directly with clients to understand their business needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The consultant will also guide junior team members, contribute to internal process improvements, and support both initial implementation and ongoing services post-deployment. Success in this role requires a strong balance of technical knowledge, consulting expertise, and customer empathy.

Required Skills :

3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence

2+ years of recent configuration experience within those modules

Workday certifications in Time Tracking and Absence

Proven ability to lead workstreams across the full project lifecycle

Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills

Ability to assess customer needs and balance delivery priorities

Solid understanding of project delivery within a services organization

Willingness to travel locally as needed

Bonus / Soft Skills :

Exposure to Workday deployment accelerators (e.g., Launch or Launch Express)

Strong mentoring or people leadership capabilities

Commercial awareness and familiarity with services metrics like utilization

Experience in post-go-live support or application management services

Professional certifications in HR, Payroll, or related business areas
