Our client is a fast-growing, family-owned, asset-based transportation company headquartered in Stafford VA. With a strong foundation in regional and national freight services, we take pride in offering personalized service backed by reliable equipment and a dedicated team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Logistics Sales Executive to join our team and help take our business to the next level.

You're not just a sales repyou're a closer with 35 years of proven logistics sales experience and a deep understanding of the transportation industry (57 years total). You know how to develop new business, maintain strong relationships, and you can back it up with real numbersrevenue, margins, and account growth. You're bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred), and you know how to connect with customers across cultures and industries.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow a solid book of business in freight brokerage and asset-based transportation.
• Prospect, cold call, and close dealsyou'll be expected to bring in your own leads and convert.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients while generating new business.
• Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to ensure service expectations are exceeded.
• Provide pricing, track margin performance, and meet profitability targets.
• Report on your own KPIs including revenue, gross margin, new accounts, and customer retention.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as needed.
