Humble Bundle is hiring a Senior Manager, Email Marketing Strategy and Operations to help grow and report on our digital storefront and subscription businesses. This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated, technically savvy marketer who can own and enhance the strategy for one of our largest marketing channels. This role will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that grow our digital storefront and subscription businesses. Pay and Compensation

Base pay range : $105,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

Compensation Range : Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. The total salary compensation for this role is $105,000-$120,000. Individual pay within the range is determined by factors such as experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, and company performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own our email marketing program from start to finish : creating, building, scheduling and optimizing campaigns as well as establishing and tracking goals measuring email performance.
• Lead and manage a team including but not limited to email marketing and CRM managers.
• Establish and maintain CRM targeting to ensure customers get the right email at the right time while creating and implementing new audience segments and supporting ongoing engagement of customer lists.
• Engage directly with Corporate analytics partners; provide guidance and context for business decisions.
• Contribute to the Choice promotional strategy by developing innovative, targeted approaches to maximize subscription volume and revenue.
• Execute ad hoc reporting through database queries and dashboard analytics; communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure marketing emails are sent accurately and on time while maintaining email quality assurance standards.
• Work closely with the digital design and copywriting teams to craft assets that support email campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal partners at IGN, Gamer Network, and other brands to build cross-marketing campaigns across Ziff Davis owned organizations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in email marketing and analytics, implementing prudent changes as needed.
