We’re hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to lead execution across email and SMS campaigns, manage our CRM platform, and help optimize the full member journey. This is a hands-on role responsible for building automation, supporting list segmentation, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely, personalized communication at every stage.
The ideal candidate understands how lifecycle marketing drives retention and growth—and is equally comfortable building campaigns, analyzing data, and working within CRM platforms like Klaviyo or HubSpot. You’ll work closely with our paid, brand, and operations teams to make sure every message reaches the right person at the right time.
What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy lifecycle, promotional, and automated email / SMS campaigns
- Manage CRM operations including segmentation, tagging, lists, and automation workflows
- Monitor and report on performance metrics like open rate, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribes
- Run A / B tests on subject lines, content, send times, and audience segments
- Collaborate with creative and paid teams to align messaging, timing, and campaign goals
- Assist with landing page coordination and ensure message alignment from send to destination
- Maintain CRM compliance and support ongoing platform improvements
- Adapt templates and campaign strategies to support franchise or local-level marketing
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketingHands-on experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Iterable, or a similar CRM toolStrong understanding of customer segmentation, journey flows, and performance KPIsExperience with A / B testing, personalization, and message optimizationComfort working with data and translating insights into actionFamiliarity with wellness, fitness, or multi-location brands is a plusExperience with MindBodyOnline (MBO) is strongly preferredCompensation details : 58000-85000 Yearly Salary
