What you will bring to the role :

• Has a strong background in developing and executing global marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B or scientific / technical environment.
• Understands customer segmentation, product positioning, and how to translate strategy into actionable marketing plans.
• Is confident managing multiple stakeholders across regions and functions, ensuring alignment and consistency.
• Brings experience in digital marketing, campaign performance analysis, and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
• Can manage budgets effectively and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead meetings and drive follow-through.
• Is curious, data-driven, and eager to explore new tools and tacticsincluding AIto enhance marketing impact.
• Thrives in a matrixed, international environment and is comfortable navigating complexity.
