Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and courteous responses to customer inquiries via various communication channels
Initiate adjustments and conduct research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed
Maintain records on customer feedback and complaints, providing management with insights for process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment
Preferred : Associate Degree
Preferred : 2 years of customer service or call center experience
