Beverage Manager / Sommelier – Casa Cruz New York
Casa Cruz, an exclusive fine-dining restaurant and private members club in the Upper East Side, is seeking a Beverage Manager / Sommelier to join our leadership team.
We are a six-story venue offering multiple dining rooms, private spaces, and events throughout the week. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in fine-dining service , cocktail and wine program development , and a passion for hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities :
Oversee and elevate our beverage operations, including wine, spirits, and cocktail programs.
Train and inspire the service team in wine knowledge and beverage pairings.
Collaborate closely with management to design and execute unique partner and private events.
Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cost controls.
Maintain the highest standards of guest experience and brand consistency.
Requ irements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within fine-dining or luxury hospitality.
Two verifiable professional references required.
Advanced knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage trends.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Sommelier certification preferred (CMS, WSET, or equivalent).
