We are looking to hire a Store manager for our quick lube operation in Austin TX.

Busy Automotive Lube Facility seeking a responsible, sales driven, team leading, commission hungry individual.

Job Details :

  • Manager would assist customers and technicians with efficient service checks, fluid services, filter exchange, and scheduled maintenance.
  • Facility services cars, trucks, fleets, motorcycles, diesel or gas vehicles.
  • Managers are expected to work 5 to 6 days (50+ hours a week)

Duties include :

  • Experience in the lube business with a management background is a must.
  • Greeting and assisting customers.
  • Performing oil changes and other automotive maintenance functions.
  • Performing mechanical work is a plus and is compensated with additional pay.
  • Team sharing and ability to work with fellow team members.
  • Inspecting vehicles, entering data into the point-of-sale computer, and conducting basic vehicle maintenance.
  • A state inspection license is a plus.
