The Students & Grads Programs team builds Capital One's pipeline of top junior talent by delivering a program that communicates our innovation and impact while developing outstanding associates at the start of their careers. We are looking for an exceptional teammate to join our Analyst Programs team.

This role serves as a critical connection point for our early career college students and the broader Students & Grads program teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing early career talent and proven experience handling projects and processes in a well-managed way. We're looking for a team player who is solution-oriented and has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Execution & Support : You will support the planning and execution of core program activities throughout the internship, including onboarding, mid-summer events, and offboarding. This includes partnering with our central Program Operations team by submitting intake requests for event needs.
• Program Communications : You will support the team's communication strategy by drafting and sending communications to interns and managing key communication channels like Slack.
• Intern Experience & Engagement : You will support the intern experience by helping to cultivate a community and encourage socialization among interns. You will serve as a point of contact for intern issues, ensuring all concerns are handled with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Process Collaboration : You will collaborate within your team and across the broader Students & Grads organization to ensure a cohesive experience for all interns. This includes helping to execute on training materials, program resources, and other core activities.
• Data & Insights Support : You will support the team's data strategy by sending out surveys and helping to collect and organize intern feedback.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $71,200 - $81,300 for HR Associate

Richmond, VA : $64,700 - $73,900 for HR Associate

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
