Job Summary :
The Lead Generation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Marketing team’s initiatives to drive lead generation and new sales opportunities. This position involves direct engagement with existing customers and prospects to understand their needs, identify business opportunities, and refer qualified sales-ready leads to the appropriate sales team. The role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, sales insight, and an analytical mindset for tracking and improving campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute lead generation and prospect outreach through inbound and outbound calling, emails, and other digital channels.
Contact existing customers and new prospects to uncover business needs and potential sales opportunities.
Research target accounts to confirm engagement history and coordinate with Territory Managers.
Partner with Marketing to execute and track digital campaigns and other lead generation activities.
Maintain accurate documentation of all outreach activities and outcomes in CRM systems.
Deliver weekly activity and pipeline reports to management, meeting or exceeding productivity goals.
Develop and implement call strategies and scripts based on research and customer profiles.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to optimize sales enablement materials and campaign messaging.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Territory Managers to ensure smooth lead handoff.
Continuously track, analyze, and refine lead generation efforts for improved results.
Required Experience :
Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development .
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, research, and time-management abilities.
Preferred Experience :
Prior experience in B2B marketing, real estate, or technology sectors .
Understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
Knowledge of marketing automation and reporting tools.
Required Skills :
Lead qualification and prospecting skills.
Strong communication and customer engagement ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills :
Data analysis and reporting for campaign tracking.
Collaboration in cross-functional environments.
Adaptability to changing market and campaign priorities.

Familiarity with outbound marketing channels (email, social media, digital outreach).
