Overview :
Our client is looking for a contractor to support their team with a variety of administrative and document control tasks. This person will play a key role in helping the team digitize, organize, and manage critical records and architectural / engineering documentation.
Responsibilities :
- Scan, upload, and catalog physical documents, including architectural prints, drawings, and project records
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and ensure documents are properly labeled and stored
- Assist with document organization, data entry, and general administrative support for the department
- Coordinate with team members to track, update, and distribute controlled documents as needed
- Perform quality checks on scanned files to ensure accuracy and completeness
Ideal Background :
1–3 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or document control rolesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working with scanners, digital filing systems, and large-format document handlingPrior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
