Were a multi-location neuro-optometric practice serving communities across Oregon and Washington. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, cutting-edge visual careand were looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Specialist to help us stay financially and legally aligned.

What Youll Do :

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees
  • Maintain accurate timesheets and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws

Assist with onboarding documentation and benefits coordination

  • Prepare reports for audits and regulatory agencies
  • Stay current on Oregon and Washington employment regulations
  • Mediator for employee relations and conflicts

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Experience in payroll and HR compliance (multi-state preferred)
  • Familiarity with HRIS (we are using BambooHR)
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and communicate across teams
