Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in community management or customer support, preferably in Web3
Familiarity with community management tools and platforms like Discord and Telegram
Basic understanding of tokenomics and DeFi concepts or willingness to learn
Experience managing communities during and after token launches
Proven ability to implement creative community engagement programs
