At the Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE), we provide exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that empowers children with autism and uplifts their families. With multiple clinics delivering both center-based and home-based services, we’re seeking a Director of Operations to lead our growing organization into its next phase of excellence.
This role calls for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, builds strong relationships, and embraces change as an opportunity for improvement. You’ll oversee operational strategy and execution across multiple clinics, working hand-in-hand with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure every child and family receives the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership across all clinics and administrative functionsDevelop and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, staff engagement, and service qualityEstablish and monitor policies, procedures, and KPIs aligned with organizational goalsManage budgets, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial sustainabilityPartner with clinical leadership and HR to streamline onboarding, training, and staff developmentFoster a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvementDrive marketing, community outreach, and business development initiatives to support growthOversee facility operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are metServe as the liaison between clinical and administrative teams to maintain alignmentAnticipate and resolve operational challenges with composure and creativityManage scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and productivityParticipate in team engagement activities, recognition programs, and leadership developmentReport to senior leadership on operational performance, key metrics, and strategic progressWhat We’re Looking For
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-buildingAdaptable learner who quickly grasps new systems, trends, and processes in a fast-evolving fieldPersonable communicator who leads with professionalism and earns buy-in through collaborationComposed and quick on your feet , able to navigate shifting priorities with focus and positivityReceptive to feedback , using it as a tool for continuous growth and improvementQualifications
8+ years of management experience overseeing multi-site operations (healthcare or service-based preferred)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceProven success leading teams and driving organizational growthExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong strategic thinking with the ability to execute immediate and long-term objectivesHigh emotional intelligence and the ability to engage empathetically with children, families, and staffResults-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in ABA therapy operations (strongly preferred)Willingness to travel between clinical sites as neededJoin Us
