Key Responsibilities
Project manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of campaign delivery, including budgets and timelines
Manage and mentor at least one Campaign Executive, supporting their career development
Lead or participate in meetings, contributing knowledge of brand strategies and campaign goals
Required Qualifications
4-5+ years of agency or brand experience, including team management
Strong understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem
Appreciation for creativity and its value in campaigns
Experience in a collaborative and flexible work environment
Multiple languages are a plus
