Operations Manager
Arvato is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead production, quality, and technical support functions in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing workforce performance, and ensuring strong communication between internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
Active management of production, quality, and technical support area
Serve as a key communication link between operations and customers (internal and external)
Workforce Management in a temp labor environment
Maintain production, quality, reliability, safety, and security requirements
Hire, train, evaluate, and develop production management staff
The ideal candidate will be flexible, self-motivated, and analytical, and possess excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience driving process improvement initiatives
Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to interact easily with individuals at all levels and functions, both within and outside the organization, will be critical to this role
ISO experience is also strongly preferred
At least 5 years of operations experience within a multi-client supply chain and consumer products environment, including developing, motivating, and leading cross-functional teams
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
At least 1 year of ERP Systems experience required, SAP preferred
At least 1 year of computer experience using MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Must possess the ability to function in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
Divided between the office setting and operations environment
